Propel Athlete Program
You no longer have to choose between capacity and speed—or strength and agility. Training shouldn’t be a grind! Let’s have fun while preparing for any sport or challenge, inside or outside the gym.
- 60 to 75 minute sessions, 6 days per week
- Blending metcons and strength work
- Rotational movements & explosive plyometrics
- Suitable for all skill levels, with some Olympic lifting experience recommended

Propel Competitor Program
Built on the principles behind Brent Fikowski’s success at nine CrossFit Games appearances.
- Access to both single and double day training options
- Balancing strength, engine, and skill development
- Scalable workout options for every skill level
- Train smart, compete hard, get very fit!

Propel Home Program
Life is busy—here's a program that fits. Stick with it and watch yourself get stronger and fitter!
- Minimal equipment, home-based training
- Sessions are 45 minutes or less
- Train with structure and consistency
- All you need: a jump rope, some dumbbells, and a box or bench
