Brent Fikowski

9x CrossFit Games Competitor, Brent Fikowski is known as "The Professor" for his analytical approach in the sport of fitness. A perennial top CrossFit Games athlete with multiple podium finishes on the world stage, including second at the 2017 CrossFit Games. A former collegiate volleyball player, he’s built a reputation for his smart training in the gym and consistency on the competition floor. Brent has a passion for sharing his knowledge to help others improve.

Sam Pedlow

Master’s in Physiotherapy + Professional Coach, Sam Pedlow has represented Team Canada in 100+ international beach volleyball competitions, including earning a silver medal at the 2018 Commonwealth Games. He was known on the world circuit for his powerful playing style and aggressive attack. With a Masters in Physiotherapy and a passion for strength & conditioning, Sam provides training systems that allow athletes to unlock their full potential. With 15 years of training experience he has helped numerous athletes go from overlooked to elite.

Jesse Sherriff

CFL1 Coach, Only Training Coach,
Jesse Sherriff has been a full-time coach since 2011, honing his craft to provide the best possible individualized programming for athletes of all levels. He has coached athletes to qualify for the CrossFit Semifinals, Masters CrossFit Games, Sanctionals and Regionals. He has been an affiliate owner, the head programmer at multiple gyms, and has written programs for WODprep, Train Your Weakness, and The Propel Program. Jesse is as humble as they come and would never boast about his accomplishments or his knowledge but we’re happy to do it for him! Also he’s a tough opponent on any BJJ mat.
