Experience a new approach to daily training with PROPEL ATHLETE—designed for those looking to expand their fitness beyond the gym. Combining the strength, flexibility, and endurance gained from CrossFit training with explosive, agile, and rotational movements inspired by elite athletes from other sports.
PROPEL ATHLETE introduces fun and varied elements like plyometrics, sprinting, jumping, and unique rotation exercises, alongside standard strength, conditioning, and weightlifting. This program will prepare you for athletic performance both inside and outside the gym, maximizing your ability to participate in any sport.
If you’re ready for a fun, dynamic workout with more variety and athletic movements, PROPEL ATHLETE is for you.
PROPEL ATHLETE offers:
- 1-a-day programming (with Sunday rest day): Training sessions last 60 minutes, with optional extras if you have additional time.
Required Equipment:
Free Weights: 🏋️
- Barbell, bumper plates, squat rack, and bench
- Set of dumbbells or kettlebells
- Set of bands
- Medicine ball or slam ball, and a wall to throw it against
Bodyweight Equipment: 🤸
- Jump rope
- Plyo box (for jumping, or use a bench)
- Pull-up bar
- One of the following: two boxes side-by-side for dips, Olympic rings, TRX cables, or dip bars
Cardio Equipment: 🚴
- At least 25 feet of flat space for running shuttles and broad jumps
- A place to run, treadmill, rower, or a bike
