Unlock your full competitive potential with PROPEL COMPETITOR—a comprehensive training program designed for athletes who want to perform at their best. This program focuses on increasing endurance, building top-end strength, mastering gymnastics skills, and reducing injury risk.
Developed using proven training methods from top-level CrossFit athletes, this program is tailored for competitive success.
PROPEL COMPETITOR offers two programming options:
COMPETITOR: 2-a-day programming (Thursday and Sunday rest days): Sessions are typically 1 to 2 hours in length, designed to push athletes to their limits.
and
COMPETITOR CONDENSED: 1-a-day programming (with Sunday rest day): Training sessions last a maximum of 90 minutes.
This program is suitable for athletes of all skill levels, with scaling options for more advanced movements.
Required Equipment:
Free Weights: 🏋️
- Barbell, bumper plates, squat rack, and bench
- Set of dumbbells
- Set of kettlebells
- Set of bands
- Medicine ball
Bodyweight Equipment: 🤸
- Jump rope
- Plyo box (for jumping)
- Pull-up bar
- Olympic rings
- Climbing rope
- Flat wall for handstand push-ups and wall walks
Cardio Equipment: 🚴
- At least 25 feet of flat space for walking lunges and running shuttles
- A place to run or a treadmill
- At least one cardio machine (ideally two of the following): rower, Echo bike, Ski Erg, or C2 Bike Erg
Optional Equipment (Occasionally Included in Programming): 🏋️
- Strongman equipment (sled, heavy sandbags for cleans and carries, yoke, farmers carries, axle bar)
- Pegboard for climbing
- GHD machine
